Managing Director
Shaun Hardisty
Shaun oversees all aspects of the company, providing strategic leadership and direction across every department. With a professional background in civil engineering, specialising in concreting, he brings hands-on industry expertise and practical insight to the business. His leadership ensures projects are delivered efficiently, teams are supported, and the company continues to grow while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism. Outside of the business, Shaun also dedicates time to coaching the under 12s team at Bentley Rugby Club.
Commercial Manager

Jon has a history of working in the construction industry and is highly skilled in Operations Management and all commercial aspects. Dedicated industry professional with a history of meeting company goals utilising consistent and organised practices. Skilled in working under pressure and adapting to new situations and challenges to best enhance the organisational brand. Jon is well versed in problem solving whilst accounting for cost and a suitability to the application in hand. Jon’s knowledge gained throughout his career, coupled with his drive and ambition makes him a valued member of the team.
Contracts Manager

Mick oversees the civil engineering side of the business, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. With a strong understanding of site operations and project coordination, he manages contracts from planning through to completion, maintaining clear communication with clients.
Transport Manager
Emma Mitchell
Emma plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of the company’s fleet and workshop. Working closely with the company’s mechanic, she helps coordinate daily activities to keep the workshop running smoothly and effectively. With a strong focus on organisation and efficiency, she oversees the planning and management of fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are maintained, compliant, and ready for use. Her collaborative approach and attention to detail help minimise downtime and support the overall productivity of the business.
Admin Clerk

Michelle is the first point of contact for both customers and suppliers, ensuring all enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. With a strong focus on communication and organisation, she plays a key role in keeping the office running smoothly. In addition to managing calls and correspondence, Michelle supports the team with a variety of administrative tasks, helping to maintain effective day-to-day operations. She takes pride in providing a welcoming and helpful experience for everyone who interacts with the business.

Jo is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources, supporting both employees and management across the business. With a people-focused approach, she ensures HR processes run smoothly, from recruitment and onboarding to employee wellbeing and compliance. A qualified Mental Health First Aider, Jo is committed to supporting the wellbeing of colleagues across the organisation. Her approachable nature and strong organisational skills help foster a positive working environment and support the continued growth of the team.

With a highly organised and proactive approach, she oversees a wide range of administrative responsibilities, supporting both staff and management. She manages payroll and is responsible for handling all work related to the company’s accreditations, ensuring everything remains up to date and compliant. Alongside this, she coordinates office activities and maintains essential systems and processes to keep the business running seamlessly.
